Waveform Data Storage Path

• Volatile memory - waveform memory

IQ waveform data is stored in the signal generator’s /user/b/jointfilesconvert/320884/bg1/waveform/ directory. The

associated marker data file, if provided, is stored in the /user/b/jointfilesconvert/320884/bg1/markers/ directory. This

is volatile memory and the contents will be lost when the signal generator is turned off.

• Non-volatile memory - NVWFM memory

If the Option 005 is installed then IQ data is stored in the signal generator’s /user/waveform/

directory. The associated marker data file, if provided, is stored in the

/user/markers/directory. This is non-volatile memory and the contents will not be lost when

the signal generator is turned off.
