DisplayPort RX Testing
Notes:
1. Only one ‘test’: Stressed Receiver Test. The idea is to put in a worst case data signal and
count the errors that arise.
2. The trick is in getting the calibration right: it is a TP3eq calibration with the oscilloscope so
the scope must use the same equalizer as in HBR2 testing for the source.
3. After calibration, input the signal to the device under test. The DisplayPort specification
provides for Rx pattern recognition and counting of errors.
