Repairing the Pump
Exchanging the Damper
7 Place the Z-panel into position and fix it with
the two screws.
8 Reconnect the two damper capillaries.
9 Clip the valve cover into its position and
connect the tubings back to the valve
ports.
10 Replace the top foam section, optional
interface board (if installed), metal cover and
top cover (see “Replacing the Top Cover and
Foam” on page 156). Replace the pump on
stack, reconnect all tubings and cables.
