Trigger in/out synchronization pulses before and after setting and measuring DC
voltage and current. Arbitrary trigger events can be masked or activated
independently.

• 4155/56 setup file converter
Converts the measurement setup file (extension MES or DAT) for Keysight
4155 and 4156 into the equivalent setup file for EasyEXPERT classic test mode.
• MDM file converter
Converts the EasyEXPERT test result data file (extension XTR or ZTR) to
Keysight IC-CAP MDM file. Supports the data of the following classic tests.
• I/V Sweep
• Multi Channel I/V Sweep
