Data Display
Print Preview Opens the Print Preview dialog box used to specify
Print Range/Data to print/Scaling of the graph
image to display. Clicking the Preview button
opens the Print preview window. See
Figure 1-8.
• Print Range sets Whole Data Display window
or Graph Only.
• Data to print sets Current Data Display window
only or All Data Display windows now opened.
• Scaling sets Adjust To the specified percent of
the normal size or Fit To Page (automatic
adjustment).
Print... Opens the Print dialog box used to specify Print
Range/Data to print/Scaling (see Print Preview) of
the graph image to print. See
Figure 1-7. Clicking
the Next button opens another Print dialog box used
to select the printer, print range, and number of
copies, and start print.
Close Closes the Data Display window.
