7 Fix the Z-panel with the two screws. 8 Reconnect the grounding connection of the valve at

the Z-panel.

9 Replace the foam section, the top cover and front cover.

10 Replace the column compartment into stack.

11 Reconnect capillaries.

12 Reconnect the power cable.

13 Turn on the column compartment.
