The N1996A provides two simple tests you can perform to test the basic
system functionality: a display test and a keyboard test.
Testing Your Display
Perform this procedure to verify the correct operation of your display.
1. Press System, Service, Verification, Display Test.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Testing Your Keyboard
Perform this procedure to verify the correct operation of your keyboard
device.
1. Press System, Service, Verification, Keyboard Test.
2. Press the available buttons and view the results on the screen.
