Prerun Elution Parameter Group

In the Flow field, enter the total flow rate.

Enter the mobile phase composition by entering the percentage

of the solvent B in the %B field.

The %A field is a read-only field. The %A value is automatically

calculated according to the %B value.

Enter the name of each solvent (optional).

For Solvent Selection Valves A and B, choose the solvent

selection channel.
