Insert the flow cell into the cell compartment and close the
cell door.
6 Reconnect the waste capillary and the cell inlet and the
cell outlet tubing to the capillary holder.
Note:
To check for leaks, establish a flow and observe the
flow cell (outside of the cell compartment) and all
capillary connections.
Next steps:
• Perform a wavelength calibration or holmium test (see
“Holmium Oxide Test” on page 86), to check the correct
positioning of the flow cell.
• Replace the front cover.
