105987 N1265A Self-calibration failed. Code: A, Reason: B
Confirm the connection of the control modules and perform the
self-calibration again.
105988 N1266A Self-test failed. Code: A, Reason: B
Confirm the connection of the control modules and perform the
self-calibration of the modules. Then try the self-test again.
105989 Cannot use the N1258A/N1265A’s series resistor for HVSMU when
the HVMCU is used.
105990 N1268A Ultra High Voltage Expander is not found.
105991 Communication with N1268A Ultra High Voltage Expander
interrupted. Connect the cable properly.
105992 N1268A Ultra High Voltage Expander is turned off. Connect the power
cable properly and check the power switch.
105993 Same SMU cannot be specified for V Control SMU and I Control SMU
of N1268A Ultra High Voltage Expander.
105994 A is already used in B.
105995 Diagnosis failed. Code: A, Reason: B

107002 Workspace was not found. Restart Agilent B1500. If the problem still
occurs, contact your nearest Agilent Technologies.
107003 Workspace could not be loaded. Restart Agilent B1500. If the problem
still occurs, contact your nearest Agilent Technologies.
